Our firm offers over 18 years of expertise and experience from planning and problem definition through conceptual design, design development, preparation of construction documents and construction. Our full scope of services includes:
- Project and Program Management, including the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
- Preliminary Assessments to characterize and document problems to establish project goals and objectives.
- Public Outreach to determine stakeholder desires and input.
- Development of Feasibility Studies to evaluate options, identify appropriate strategies, conduct an incremental analysis and determine the most cost effective solution that meets all objectives.

including application of SpiRiT and LEED principles 100% construction
drawings, SPECSINTACT specifications, MCACES cost estimates,
design-build bid packages, and permit/license applications as well as
the conduct of Independent Technical Reviews (ITRs) for Quality
Assurance and Control. - Value Engineering Studies, including V3E Studies addressing the triple bottom lines of economic, social and ecological values.
- Construction Management, from engineering services during bidding and construction to submittal reviews, inspection and Quality Assurance as well as turn-key design-build construction services in collaboration with experienced site work contractors.

Bioengineering Group staff also provides hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling, GIS services and analysis, AutoDesk AutoCAD design services, and has access to and is familiar with the Construction Criteria Base (CCB) and Criteria Bulletin Board System (CBBS).
