Using the Bioengineering Group logo...
- The horizontal (bottom left) and vertical (bottom right) logos can be used interchangeably on Bioengineering materials.
- Whenever possible consider the layout’s proportions and match the logo selection accordingly. For example: a horizontally-based sign should have the horizontal logo in it.
- Selection criteria for the logo (horizontal vs. vertical) should take into consideration the size of logo and legibility of the tag line.
- Use of the angled leaf graphic in an upper left location is acceptable in appropriately-sized layouts. The leaf graphic should not replace the logo. If at all possible, use the leaf graphic in conjunction with the horizontal logo (as opposed to the vertical logo).

Exclusion Zone...
- The Bioengineering logo must be surrounded by an area clear of typography and graphics...
a margin so to speak. - The ‘margin” size of that area is equal to the height of the droplet (please see yellow boxes around logos below. That is the area that should remain clear of anything).

What NOT to do with the Bioengineering Group logo...
- The Bioengineering logo’s colors should not be reproduced in any form other than previously discussed and provided.
- In order that the townscape remain vertical, the logo should not be rotated.
- The logo should not have special effects such as bevels, unauthorized drop shadows, etc.
- The logo should not be stretched horizontally nor vertically.
