Earth Day
At Bioengineering Group
we’re passionate about
promoting sustainability —
that's why every day is Earth Day.
Many of us at Bioengineering Group remember when Earth Day first started in 1970. Whether we were in grade school, high school or college, its influence on our career path was compelling. Forty years ago, people didn't have a clue about the damage we were inflicting on our environment, let alone how to solve those problems. But today it's different. We know better.
Earth Day has galvanized awareness, prompting us to rethink what we can do to restore our planet. According to Wendi Goldsmith, Founder and CEO of Bioengineering Group, “Now we want to enlighten and inspire people on how we can actually reverse the impacts and start restoring our local land use patterns and processes that support global sustainability. Without using a single sheet of paper, we can now exchange ideas on sustainable action with thousands of people instantly. We’re thrilled to advance the conversation and celebrate Earth Day at 40.”
To honor Earth Day’s 40th birthday, we have developed some special content, including our “Rethink | Sustainability” video. We hope you will join us in promoting sustainability by sharing this important message.
